Diana's apartment is simply incredible, and it felt like home almost immediately. The view is unbeatable, and the neighborhood is extremely peaceful. I never felt uneasy walking around at night, and there are some great restaurants within walking distance. 2 metro stops are very close as well. Definitely check out Vida Es Gastronomia for a hidden little gem with incredible food and great prices. I have a feeling that there are few neighborhoods in Medellín that can compete with Calasanz/La América in my opinion, if you like a relaxed, family vibe. As for the apartment, the view of the city is amazing, and I never got sick of watching the sunsets from the living room. There is an abundance of natural light, the apartment has every amenity you will need and the guards at the entrance were very friendly. Diana was always very responsive as well. I've never been so sad to leave an apartment before, and I hope to return someday. If it's available for you, don't think twice. It's a gem.

I stayed in Diana's apartment for one month. As a digital nomad, this apartment was great for offering fantastic high speed internet that worked very well during my daily video calls. Additionally, there are great views from every window in the apartment allowing for an open and airy feel. If you open two or 3 of these windows, you can enjoy a lovely cross-breeze. I found Diana to be attentive and she checked in with me occasionally. IWe communicated about the basics and she left me to enjoy my stay. There was one major problem during the course of my stay with a broken piece of furniture. I shared this problem with Diana and she sent someone to repair it. Some points of concern I had during my stay were that the hot water in the shower is available, but limited to a few minutes at a time, and I encountered bugs in the kitchen. They have spray and traps available, but this appears to be an ongoing issue. That noted, I found the apartment to be a great place overall.
