The place is really homey with accurate ammenities as what they said in the listings. Thank you for being a great host Ms.Anne! And also to ate Elena who assisted us during our stay in Iloilo. Will be recommending your home to our friends if ever they will go to Iloilo. God bless! :)

The room is exactly as the photos and has awesome amenities. But please take note that the room is NOT sound proof. As it is located at the side of the road, you’ll pretty much clearly hear all the sounds of cars and trucks passing by outside and even the voices of people talking outside your room. So if you’re sensitive to noise, this may not be for you. However, if you can manage sleeping with all the sound (like us), I would recommend this listing to you provided the issues with the staff and the “curfews” are addressed. The location is convenient as public transport is easy and there are lot of shops at the ground floor (24 hours bakeshop, laundry shop, massage and beauty parlor and other small shops). There is a big mall walking distance to the place and other shopping centers and estates are few minutes away. There is gym but it has specific opening hours so just check the signs. Ms Ann, was a great host who does her best to make us comfortable despite some issues with her staff. This must be a new airbnb listing hence I know there are still things that they will be working to improve on. I would say I can still recommend you to come and visit Iloilo City and stay here in Ms Ann’s place.

The place within the national road so expect added noise of the vehicles passing at any point in time. Its out of the city proper so must learn how to take a PUV or take a pricy taxi cab. Very near in Vista Mall and Maquis Bakery. The water pressure in the shower is below average.
