lake and sea villa is a very comfortable and clean villa is a beautiful location. It has a lovely pool, bbq and shaded seating area. it is in walking distance of a couple of pretty beaches and a nice taverna. It's very near the airport so a very relaxing place to have a holiday. I would highly recommend it

Très belle villa avec grande piscine, bien située, à 25 minutes de Chania (La Canée). Vue magnifique, endroit très peu construit et très agréable. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les deux petites criques accessibles à seulement 5 minutes à pied de la maison, ainsi qu'une plage avec transats à moins de 10 minutes à pied. La grande plage de Stavros (Zorba's Beach), à moins de 10 minutes en voiture, est magnifique et très agréable aussi. Hôte très accueillant, avec conciergerie très efficace pendant tout le séjour. Pas très loin de l'aéroport de Chania donc des passages de plusieurs avions la journée mais pas gênant non plus. Nous recommandons cette villa où nous avons passé un très agréable séjour pendant 15 jours.

The villa is beautiful and spacious. Everything that you might need was provided. The Holiday Advisors were on hand at all times and responded when contacted promptly. It was good to have a local representative to ask at any time, nothing was too much trouble. The villa was cleaned throughout our stay and fresh linen and towels provided. The outside space was perfect for any large group. There was something for everyone here. The local restaurants were extremely accommodating and friendly, along with local shops. In walking distance of a small beach. We loved this holiday. Thank you.

We were a family of eight adults and one toddler. For us, the Lake and Sea villa was an excellent choice. Near to Chania to take advantage of the entertainment and the restaurants but far enough away to have privacy and quiet. The facilities at the villa were very good indeed, in particular the pool which was always warm and enjoyed by all members of the family every day. As well as recommending this villa for its location and facilities, I have to also make mention of the people connected with this booking. The owner, the owner's host and the management team were first-class in terms of their communications to us right from the time of booking through to the time of departure! They were all friendly and really helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they arranged a number of activities for us as well helping with the car rentals. An excellent service and an excellent villa!
