We came to the area for the NCBC basketball tournament for the week and were very pleased with the proximity of this home to all the sports complexes/schools/universities around the area. The home was very clean and looked exactly as the pictures depicted. Ryan was accommodating and quick to respond to questions. The neighborhood felt safe, and we were very thankful for the supplies available at the home when we arrived (trash bags, dish soap, laundry detergent, etc.). This place is also only 25-30 min away from Branson. We went to Silver Dollar City one day and it was a quick commute there/back. Again, great centralized location. We would highly recommend Ryan’s place for your stay in the Springfield/Branson area.

Ryan is a great host!! He is a very responsive host. I highly recommend this home. The property matched the description and pictures. Thank you! The house was very clean, and the location was great. We have stayed at this location multiple times.
