My husband and I cannot say enough great things about our stay. Communication and the accommodations were the best we’ve experienced through Airbnb. The included golf cart made the whole trip worthwhile- as we used it to go all over the island. The condo was immaculate. We used the kitchen daily, and had everything we needed. The beach down the steps was completely private. We never saw anyone else on the beach during our stay. Tammy the little pup that makes Kaya Villa her home, followed us to the beach every day, swam with us, and stayed by our side every time we adventured outside. It was tough leaving such a sweet pup when it was time to return back to Mn. We had the trip of a lifetime, and will recommend this gem to anyone visiting Grand Turk! The accommodation was just what we expected and more. No surprises. You feel safe and comfortable as soon as you settle in. Exploring the island on the included golf cart was a big bonus. The island has so much to offer and plenty of areas for relaxing and just enjoy the views. Tours were a little difficult to book so book them through Theresa. I highly recommend the whale watching and trip to Gibbs Cay. The island dogs are all friendly but just know you will be welcomed by many . We enjoyed treating them with food and they instantly became Your friends . Tammy stole our heart we will miss her. Be sure to watch the sunrise from your villa it’s worth waking up for every morning . Enjoy and just take it all in. Hope to be back one day . Theresa was a wonderful host .

I cannot say how much I loved this little place. First time in Turks and I am so glad I booked here. The golf cart was a nice touch and allowed for easy access around the island. Greatly appreciated how attentive and responsive Teresa was. The views are amazing. Even stepping right outside in the morning to sunset made for a breathtaking experience. Even the local pups were friendly. I wish I didn’t have to leave because I loved being there. It was peaceful and allowed for a very restful experience. I can’t wait to go back. Sharon, the taxi driver, was also great. Would 100% stay there again. Although I was unable to try all the restaurants, I can say Jacks is definitely worthy of a visit. But the best part of eating was meeting Devin, the firefighter and a chef, if you want to track him down. He came over and made my boyfriend and I delicious private meal right at the Airbnb. The rum punch is different at every location but the best I feel was at the little town 2/$10 pop up stand.

Grand Turk, is such a peaceful small island but with the addition of the view and Teresa and Renato the trip was amazing. They are so kind and helpful. They had great recommendations and I love their sense of humor, which can be found in small places throughout the home and their manual. This place is perfect for both a solo trip or a couple’s getaway, you have the beach just a few steps away and the complimentary golf cart makes it especially easy to get around. Don’t overthink it, just book it!

5 stars because it’s a wonderfully cute studio with a nice backyard and beautiful views. Staff was great and answered all questions but let you be. It’s all about the golf cart :) as this was what I utilized the most. It’s truly necessary as the home is situated in the east side of the island where the views are stunning but truly not swimmable. But it’s a short drive to the west side for the most fabulous beaches and water you’ll ever see and swim in. The locals are fantastic people. The home has a small kitchen and equipped to cook if needed but if you plan on doing that make sure you immediately go to the store because things like spices, coffee, oil etc will need to be purchased. They provided two gallons of water and that’s was fine for me. There are filling stations in town if needed. I was a solo female traveler and sundown is at about 5:30pm so driving back passed the dark roads was a bit nerve racking but no one ever made me feel truly unsafe. I would absolutely stay here again. I hope to do so soon. Maybe bring family along. Go eat dinner at the Salt Raker inn (sit at the bar) and tell Ruby I send my love as well as the other staff and bartenders. Have some rum punch and have their grilled fish, fish fingers and chicken schnitzel with garlic potatoes! During the day the beach across from there next to the sand bar is pure magic. Then go to Governor’s Beach with your golf cart, the provided chair and towels and just ENJOY!!!! I think I left of piece of my soul there. Till next time.
