We spent a wonderful week in Ahipara and can highly recommend this accommodation. The view of the Tasman Sea from the terrace and all the windows of the house was stunning. The walks on the beach are unforgettable. Everything was very clean, well equipped and comfortable. It was wonderful to sleep to the sound of the sea. Cliff was very attentive and helpful. Absolutely fantastic location on the hill with an amazing view. Ate breakfast on the deck every day and surfed every morning. Great cozy place.

Loved staying at Kathy and Cliff’s place. Super friendly and the stay was cosy.. we just wished we could have stayed longer ! Would definitely be back.

I spent 3 nights at Kathy’s dwelling. The unit is the property’s top floor. It is private with its own access. There is a lot of space, it’s functional and the view is just breathtaking! On top of that, Kathy has a great sense of hospitality.
