The lake is amazing, clean, quiet, loons, beaver, loved it! Can't say enough good things about the hiking path on the property, it was marked with hand painted picture signs so you'd stay on the trail. The tennis court was great for us...really a stunning environment. We enjoyed our stay and would return. We are agile so steps to lake were fine for us. Circular staircase was a bit of a squeeze, the kids loved it! The furnishings, linens, decorations, Jay's photos were all appreciated. My husband really liked the recliner. The view from the deck is lovley. Thank you Jay.

The home was a bit smaller than we anticipated but we had a nice time. The home was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed the deck and eating outside. We also enjoyed going to the local coffee shops in Spooner. We enjoyed the area.

What a beautiful, private place! The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for our family. The kitchen was well-stocked, the deck and wildlife were just lovely, and the tennis court and kayak/canoes were a definite plus! There was an abundance of games, books, movies, and outdoor furniture to make everyone happy. Good fishing too! Thank you for having us!

This was a great place for three couples to stay in order to participate in the Birkie! Close enough to Hayward, private, quiet.
