自我介绍

We are an English couple that moved with our young daughter to this lovely corner of France in 2010 to start a new life. Since arriving we have immersed ourselves in French life and have worked hard to integrate into the local community. We love animals and the countryside, my husband loves anything mechanical/electronic and also loves fishing. I enjoy cooking and have been fortunate to be taken under the wing of local farmers who love showing me the traditional ways of cooking, homemade jam is a specialty with all the lovely fruit we have here. My passion is horses and we have been fortunate enough to be able to set up nice equestrian facilities here for my hobby. We have completely renovated both of our gites and Chambre d'hotes suite in a traditional but well equipped way, ensuring where possible, original features are maintained. We are pleased to announce we have been awarded 4 keys by Cle Vacances and the Tarn et Garonne tourist authority, one of only a couple of properties in the area. We have furnished the proprties with a mix of modern and antique furniture as well as soft furnishings to ensure maximum comfort with a touch of luxury. We have tried to put ourselves in the position of the holiday maker and thought carefully about what is required to make a stay with us that extra bit special. We live on site and are available to ask for help and advice as much or as little as you like. So far we think we are doing the right thing, from the feed back from our clients and their subsequent reviews on various websites. We look forward to welcoming you to Le Farat.
