It has a kettle, tv and hairdryer. A Lovely single Jacuzzi Bath and shower. It is in a very peaceful on a farm. If there is anything you need just ask. We have other self catering cottages. Look at Outfields Farm. We reserve the right to move you to other vacant cottages. Just the room and bathroom

This place is perfect to stay if you want peace and quiet. Not too far from Bedford. I stayed in the Ascot cottage and there was everything I needed for my stay. Would recommend to anyone to stay. I am definately returning.
Great location. Easy to get to city centre (12min driving). The room I stayed in is massive. Nice view around the farm. It is worth it definitely
Please make sure the room you book is the room you get.. Or you will get substandard room. I have the photos to prove it

We are Wedding Caterers and have Fish & Chip vans so we are always working late when we are here. We respect people’s privacy so will not bother you as we know many people just come here for a rest. People working go to bed early and get up early so we will not be rattling on you door. When we are away resting there is always someone on site looking after the house and dogs. We have full cctv so it is very secure here. Just TEXT if you need ANYTHING.
