Grande Villa su due livelli immersa nella campagna toscana, ampi locali ben suddivisi, alcune migliorie renderebbero il soggiorno ancor più piacevole( arredo bagno/punti d’appoggio poiché non c’è modo di lasciare in bagno un beauty-case; un macchina da caffè a cialde) Presente Wi-Fi, ma non sempre funziona ; linea telefonica assente! Struttura nel complesso valida per un piacevole soggiorno.

The villa is located in a beautiful spot surrounded by vines and olive trees. However one of rooms and adjacent bathrooms was full of mould with paint falling off ceiling and couldn’t be used. The team from Posarelli villas was good to communicate with however note if checking in a Sunday they are not around and the local contact is not responsive. San Gimignano is lovely but packed with tourists so maybe look elsewhere if you don’t love crowds.

5/5 perfect stay. This is a truly lovely villa that far exceeded our expectations. Beautiful and very spacious accommodation. Outside space was fabulous. The pool was lovely. It’s one of those rare places where it is even better in real life than in the photos. It is out of the way but a 25min walk (up and down small roads and hills) into San Gimignano. Just stay here, you absolutely won’t regret it.

The villa is in a great location just outside of San Gimignano with amazing views of the town and surrounding countryside. It is very spacious with plenty of outdoor space to relax and enjoy Tuscany. Check-in was a bit confusing, as the host has a local person handling it who was not very communicative. We also were likely the first guests of the season, as the villa was very musty, but we were able to air it out after a few hours. I would inquire upfront about whether the separate apartment is included, as we expected to have access to it but the host did not leave a key for it with the keys they left us. That said, we still had plenty of space for our group.

Amazing spot for discovering Tuscany! Literally 2 min from San Giminiano. It’s a gem! With a pool, great kitchen and very cost bedrooms, and lovely and spacious outdoor place. We had an amazing time. I recommend!
