The entire villa for the exclusive use of guests, with private garden, Jacuzzi and large outdoor area to enjoy a holiday in total relaxation and tranquillity. The historic center is about 1.3 km away, and can also be reached on foot. In the center of a characteristic village in the Tuscan countryside, with a view of the towers of San Gimignano and the vineyards of the surrounding hills. The barn has an independent access with an adjoining garden.

Egizia's place was perfect, it is very cozy and it was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. It is close to San Gimignano which is a great little town with restaurants and cafe's. The Airbnb is very peaceful and it has some incredible scenery around it. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone. Grazie mille Egizia!
Egizia was amazing host. This was an amazing place to stay at and would recommend everyone to stay.
My family and I absolutely loved staying here, it was the perfect place to spend the final days of our Italy trip! The setting is relaxing, the home is incredibly inviting and comfortable. Enjoying a morning coffee or evening wine in the outdoor spaces was memorable and difficult to have to leave. I also can’t say enough nice things about Egizia and her willingness to do everything possible to make my family and I have not only the best stay at her place, but the best stay of almost anywhere we have been; grazie mille!
My family of 3 stayed at this guest house w/o a car for 3 nights in March. Egizia was a 10/10 in helpfulness, setting up wine tasting, food delivery, and A+ advice. The home is a 20-25 min walk (uphill into town) to San Gim. It was nice being out in a quiet, pastoral area. There is a small grocery along that walk which wasn't great, so if u have car find another grocery store along the route if you plan to do any meals at the house (we bought breakfast food.) There are no restaurants between the house and town. We chose to have food delivered one night through Egizia which was nice. It takes a bit of planning to juggle your day plans and then a possibly early dinner so you're not walking back and forth in the dark or when you're tired. The house was lovely - sufficient kitchen with a kind gesture of a bottle of wine waiting for us. Beds were very comfortable. Shower tiny but sufficient and the front porch had an amazing view of town and cypress trees on the ridge across from us.
Egizia is a fabulous host! Extremely easy to contact. Beautiful home with lots of lovely details & amenities. We had a home chef/cooking class both nights with Simone & he was excellent. Our kids thought it was the highlight of our trip to Italy

You can get around on foot, by bike, car or public transport whose stop ia a 5 minute walk from the house
