Russell was a great host. He made sure I had a comfortable stay & went the extra mile to provide some food staples appropriate to my dietary requirements. He also called me the day before I was scheduled to arrive to update me on the floods in the area which could effect my ability to get to his place. He kept me posted with up to date info on the changing conditions which helped me make the decision to keep my plans as they were.

The property was gorgeous, quirky and comfortable. Perfect for a relaxing stay. The surrounds were beautiful and the cottage was situated in amongst beautiful gardens!

Great little cabin, very cosy, perfect for a short break/getaway for a couple - lovely surroundings and Russell and Sally are fantastic hosts, very accommodating and friendly with great local knowledge

Russell and Sally made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived they left a cheese platter for us with some other goodies in the fridge and just after our arrival they delivered a beautiful plate of fresh scones with jam and cream for afternoon tea. They were very friendly and inviting and made us feel very welcome and everything in the rooms was very clean and well maintained. It was lovely to wake up to beautiful birds singing and flying outside our window in the morning the countryside was lovely. We would recommend it as a lovely quite relaxing place to stay. Russell & Sally were great host! The accommodation was pretty much central to everything and different to anything else which we loved! Russell & Sally were very responsive and lovely people! Would definitely stay again and recommend this place to anyone!
