Our Airb&b was super clean and luxurious! Our family originally planned on staying for a few days but after checking in, we’ve decided to cancel other places and stay here for the whole week instead. Our host Laura was very fast on answering all the inquiries and her recommendations on near by restaurants and stores were amazing. Location was also great, it is near the train station so if you need to go to Firenze you can get there in two stops. We will come back again next year! Thanks alot Laura.

Laura was friendly and responsive during the day. Laura's place was nice - cosy and clean. She also kindly provided welcome gifts. We had two parking spaces to use which was convenient. However, our check-in wasn't as smooth as we had hoped. The room cards didn't work at first due to a thunderstorm. We also had problems with the hot water at night. The boiler didn't seem to be on after midnight so we had to take cold showers for both nights and it was rather unpleasant after a long, rainy day. Laura was apologetic for the issues we encountered and offered some compensation which we appreciated. Although Laura was a great host, considering the price we paid (£157 for one night), we were expecting more.
