A friend and I had a wonderful stay at Trumpet Vine Cottage. Ron and Sara always communicated promptly. They also were flexible and allowed us a later check-out time. When compared to a motel room with similar cost, this Cottage provided so much more of what we were looking for - two bedrooms, a kitchen, and a dining area. Note - if you need a very quiet place, you may want to look for other options given that the road noise here can be significant.

Place was fine. It’s a little out of the way so you have to have a car and some minor bug issues and no tv but everything else was great

love the sheep, owners are super nice, be careful with open food, it is on a farm so barn mice will get into it, but other than that beautiful property

My partner and I spent a weekend at Ron and Sara's cottage when we were in town for a family wedding. Ron and Sara were kind and communicative, and we enjoyed our stay in the cottage. The space was perfect for our stay; we were in and out of the cottage for most of the day, so the small kitchen was just enough for us to make breakfast and some snacks. The dining room gave us plenty of extra space when my partner needed to get some work done. Just a note about accessibility for those considering staying - my parents briefly considered staying with us, but I'm glad they didn't. My dad has mobility issues, and the stairs to the bedrooms are narrow, steep, and have a tight turn. My partner and I navigated them without issue, but they will be especially difficult for those who have trouble getting around. Otherwise, we had a delightful time, and even got to meet the sheep! If we're ever back to the area, we will definitely be returning!

Ron and Sarah were amazing and lovely. our arrival plans changed and they were very accommodating. They took the time and energy to snow blow the drive so we didn't get snowed in. they were knowledge about the area and things to do. truly lovely and we will absolutely be guests again.
