Although I didn't meet the hosts they are very friendly and reply to messages very quickly. The basement flat is clean, spacious and very comfortable. The bathroom is clean with a good shower. The living room has a TV, microwave, fridge and coffee/tea making facilities. There is a rail for hanging clothes. The double bed and double air bed were comfortable. The heating worked well and quickly warmed up the basement. Check in was very easy. Location was ideal for visiting relatives in Ashland. Town centre is within walking distance; train station is maybe 50 min walk at a guess. Would stay again on future visit to Ashland.

Very good, clean and comfortable place. I love both inside the house and the neighborhood. The appearance is exactly as it shows on the picture, minus all the love and care you receive from Adam and Ornela, which you can only get in person.

The apartment is exactly as described and pictured. It was very clean and had everything needed. The location is great, close to shops and restaurants and easy to explore other parts of the state. Would definitely recommend it.

Perfect, quiet and cozy place for our stay! Many toiletries provided and amble space. Neighborhood also is really cute and safe!

Ornela's apartment was a perfect place for me to stay for a long weekend of professional training in the area. The location was lovely - a beautiful, quiet residential neighborhood, (especially gorgeous because I was there in the middle of foliage season) but close enough to where I needed to be during the day. The apartment is spacious and sparkling clean, with lovely decorative touches. I appreciated the space and the privacy. As others have noted in the reviews, there are no windows in this basement apartment, and some might find this uncomfortable. However it suited my purposes perfectly, as I was there in the evenings to unwind and to sleep, so it felt like a cozy and safe space. Thanks so much!
