Have your choice of dinning out or prepare your favorite meal in an equipped kitchen with granite countertop. -Living room is fully furnished with 42” smart TV. Enjoy free local TV channels and WiFi. The sofa can be converted to a full-sized bed (sleeps 2). Just let us know and we can provide linens, pillows and blanket. -Kitchen with granite countertop includes stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee brewer, toaster and tea kettle. Stocked with cutlery, dishware, cups/glasses and wine glasses. Fridge is clean and ready for storing your food. Please help yourself to some tea/coffee. -Dining table with 4 chairs. Two more chairs can be added for larger parties. -2 bathrooms with hair dryers, fresh towels and limited supplies of shampoo, body wash and toilet paper. -Bedroom #1: Queen sized bed (sleeps 2) -Bedroom #2: Full sized bed (sleeps 2) -Bedroom #3 : Twin sized bed with twin trundle (sleeps 2) -Bedroom #4 in the basement: Queen sized bed (sleeps 2) and a day bed (sleeps 1). Just let us know and we can provide linens, pillows and blanket for the day bed. 42" flat screen TV with Amazon Fire stick. Bathroom with shower stall and washer/dryer. Each bedroom is furnished with sheets, pillows and a blanket. Our house is professionally cleaned for your stay. Beds will be made with fresh linens. 我们3个人，选了这间较大的屋子为了有一个更舒适的氛围，但是屋子油漆味很重，我们到的比较晚，大概8点钟晚上（有提前告知到达时间），跟房东交涉后，Jenny的回复是可以退房但清洁费不退，我非常不满意这个回复 第二天早上11点钟（在已知还没起床的情况下）Jenny本人就冲到房间要求我们离开，整体体验真的糟透了
Hosts were helpful and communicated clearly and quickly. The house was beautiful and well stocked. Kitchen had everything we could need and puzzles and board games were fun to have. We appreciated the proximity to the train station and state park. Easy to get into Boston by train or enjoy nature near the house.
My stay was very comfortable and the description was very precise. The house was pristine and clean. We stayed at the house the entire time so we did not observe the community or go out to restaurants. We cooked in. The kitchen utensils and appliances are top notch!!!!! We would certainly go back again!!!!

The house was very clean and an easy drive to our event in Boston. Thoughtful labels were placed throughout the house for any needs during our stay. Thomas and Jenny were very responsive. We would stay again!

Southborough is convenient to Marlborough, Sudbury, Westborough, Framingham, Natick, Maynard, Stow, Hopkinton, Milford, Ashland, Worcester, Shrewsbury, Northborough, Holliston. It's a lovely small town of 10,000 people & great neighborhood. You will enjoy having easy access to the train and major routes (Mass Pike, Rt 9 & Rt 495).
Southborough itself has a few restaurants (including a nice Italian place called Tomasso's), a few pizza shops, convenience stores, barber shops, hair & nail salons, dry cleaners, a Starbucks, a nice gym, and a few small shops. The library is small but surprisingly very well stocked. There's also a nice little art community center in town and you have easy access to Callahan State Park for hiking trails, canoeing, fishing, jogging, picnicking and biking.
35 Minutes to downtown Boston via Massachusetts Turnpike.

I work as a high school counselor and really enjoy my work with the students whom I served.
