Gorgeous accommodation in a very peaceful area. Great to spend time with family and friends when you want a private holiday. The host is super friendly and helped us with everything we needed. Would highly recommend staying here.

I might be the first Chinese family to visit this house, and my wife and both families spent three unforgettable nights here during the Lunar Chinese New Year holiday. If you are an English-speaking traveler who wants to experience authentic rural life in northern Thailand (especially when traveling with a large family), I will highly recommend this place. The hygiene here is excellent, and there are no unpleasant smells. Peaye is a very enthusiastic local, his English proficiency is sufficient for most daily communication, and he is very willing to help. It's worth mentioning that he cooks very well, and the villa also comes with a SUV and a motorcycle (additional charges apply for Peaye to drive). The houses are traditional Lanna-style wooden rooms, so the sound insulation in the bedrooms is actually very poor. If you have very light or difficult sleeping, bring your own earplugs and eye masks.

If you are looking for a peaceful and quiet place, this is the best one in Chiang Mai. I spent all day at home without going anywhere. 27 metre swimming pool , real pizza oven, outdoor grill made you feel right at home. The view was amazing with mountains in front of you and surrounded by Longan garden and rice paddies. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

This was our second time staying at Bernard's place, and like the first time we had an amazing time! This time we came together with 3 generations of friends and family, and each and everyone had a great the villa. K Yai and K Pla were again amazing, taking such good care of us. I could not recommend Bernard's villa enough. We will be back again for our third stay!
