We absolutely staying at The Little Barn (this was our 3rd time here). It's a beautifully presented space, tastefully decorated and with all the comforts you could want. Sarah is a great host, providing good communication and a friendly welcome, as well as a few treats waiting in the kitchen. Peace and quiet is guaranteed, Gt Carlton is a tiny place surrounded by fields and there are some decent walks on the nearby footpaths. The church just up the road is old and interesting and welcomes visitors, if that's your thing. The location is great for Skegness, Mablethorpe and the others - have a look at "tank on the beach" which is only 15 mins up the road. Louth is well worth a visit on market day, some good antiques shops there.

Sarah was so welcoming and friendly, making sure that we'd settled in okay, and to ensure we knew to reach out if we needed anything. She gave some great recommendations for places to eat which did not disappoint! The property was genuinely flawless. From the pristine and well-resourced kitchen downstairs, to the airy and bright upstairs living, bathroom and bedroom space, everything was perfectly furnished and maintained. Furthermore, the views from the bedroom across the field on a sunny morning were lovely. We would love to have been able to stay a few days longer, as the place was so well equipped that we felt right at home. The library of books, magazines and games means that even a rainy stay would have been charming. It would also have been lovely to have gone on some of the walks recommended in the information featured in the accomodation. We would definitely stay again in a heartbeat, and look forward for a future opportunity to do so.

Fabulous property, best Airbnb we have stayed in. Beautifully and comfortably furnished, and equipped with everything you could need. The property is perfectly located, equidistant from the wolds and beaches. Sarah was very welcoming and friendly. We would love to make a return visit!

Lovey, spacious, well equipped, comfortable, cosy and warm and with lovely decor and pictures. Very quiet and easy to get to the coast. Louth, Lincoln and Donna Nook..we were lucky to see some young seals before they left. Friendly, helpful but not intrusive hosts. Perfect for an end of year get away and our bikes were welcome too 😃.
