We had a fantastic time at Nicholas's. Nicholas has been very quick to respond to any of our questions, and was a great help during our stay. The apartment has been beautifully renovated, without losing its rustic charm. The loft is located within a peaceful neighbourhood with lots of bars and restaurants at a walking distance. There are also plenty of parks around! The staff were truly amazing. Never present, but always around (if that makes sense). The welcoming ritual made us feel at home instantly. Ms. Maite helped us a great deal organising day trips and restaurant recommendations. What ever you do, I recommend that you include breakfast for the duration of your stay - you'll not regret it! Ms. Somali's food was utterly delicious and she managed to prepare an exciting breakfast every single day. After checking out, it felt like we left our family and home behind. This turned out to be a highly memorable trip - we most certainly will return to Cuba! *****

Both the house and the people were amazing! The place is absolutely beautiful. We were a family of 4 but the house can easily hold 3 couples. One of the prettiest Airbnbs we’ve stayed in!

You will be very happy with this apartment! The people who staff it are tremendous- so helpful and easy to be with. Maytee will do everything she can to make sure your trip exceeds your expectations. The neighborhood is great - we felt safe in all of Cuba, but this neighborhood is particularly quiet and peaceful. There are several excellent restaurants within walking distance. Our favorite was El Idilio. Don’t pass up the breakfast that is offered, it’s delicious and plentiful! The loft is as gorgeous and charming as the photos. The AC and WiFi work extremely well. One of the best perks is the “house phone” - a mobile that you can use during your stay, making it easy to book a taxi or check directions or whatever. Cuba is different than the US - you don’t need to plan ahead as much. Sit down with Maytee on the first day and she can help you book any excursions. Our favorite was the cocktail class with Ariel. Great place! Amazing Hospitality! The loft looks just as it does in the pictures, even better in person, great aesthetics. There were 6 in our group (3 couples). We all agreed that the rooms were comfy and lovely. The location of the house was perfect! We walked around the neighborhood which is walking distance to parks, restaurants and a main blvd. We felt very safe and enjoyed exploring the area. Daya welcomed us with open arms when we arrived and left us in good hands. I cannot say enough about the two amazing women that cared for us during our stay. Yes, I say “Cared for Us” Mayte and Soma treated us like we were family, they made our stay so comfortable, we felt at home. They are a great team! Mayte scheduled our cigar rolling class, city walk tour, in-house massage, classic car ride,everything! Soma made an amazing breakfast, lunch & great mojitos among other things…always smiling. They made our stay memorable! I cannot say enough…Thank you both very much 😘 We hope to go back!

Our group of 6 loved our stay at Nicola's house. Lucia our personal host was wonderful at making sure we were comfortable and taken care of. The space is very stylist and designed for western comforts. If this is what you are looking for this is a perfect stay. All staff (housekeeper, security guards and cook) are warm and welcoming. The roof deck is a perfect place to relax after a day of exploring Cuba. We highly recommend a dinner by Rosio (and bring her spices as a gift) Cuba is suffering so its hard to get basic items we take for granted.
