Welcome to Wine Rock Cottage! Located in the small mountain town of Andrews, our cottage is perfectly situated for a great mountain getaway! With two bedrooms and two baths, fully functional kitchen, you can be very comfortable there or use it as a base for your mountain adventures. Beautiful, panoramic views of the mountains are in abundance from the cozy front porch. So, get on up here, pour yourself big glass of wine and soak up the therapeutic serenity of the North Carolina mountains. Our cottage was built in 1924 and is quaint, but comfortable. The front porch is a favorite because in the NC mountains you can enjoy outdoors most of the year. Great central location whether you are heading to the casino or a mountain hike.

Lori was great. easy check in, and super clean house. The house is very interesting, being almost 100 years old! We felt right at home.

Lori was responsive before and during our stay. Her place has a lot of history and charm. The view from the porch is fantastic. The amenities were great. Our family loved staying here and are looking forward to visiting again sometime!
Beautiful view, of the surrounding mountains, from the front porch. Peaceful small town feel, church bells ring out on the hour, and the quaint downtown area is within walking distance. Restaurants, a grocery store, and even a small movie theater, all within a 2-3 minute drive. Lori was an awesome host! She suggested some unique activities, and we especially enjoyed the fall festival at the John C Campbell folk school. We enjoyed our stay, and would definitely stay there again.
Lovely, cozy home with a front porch view of the mountains. Only a couple blocks' walk from places to eat and drink in downtown Andrews.

Andrews is small, but has everything you need. Hospitality abounds and the people of Andrews are some of the best I’ve ever met. You are in close proximity to the Hoppy Trout, Granieri’s Italian Restaurant, Kobe, Burger Basket, Cups and Cones. For music and Libations, Callaboose Winery/Microbrewery, Ferncrest Winery and Snowbird Mountain Brewery are a few blocks away. You are also within a short drive to Murphy and Hayesville for many more food and drink options. You can also purchase fresh, ready to cook, mountain trout from Carolina Mountain Trout right there in Andrews. For other activities you can travel West to the Harrah’s Valley River Casino (12.7 miles) East for White water rafting (~19 miles).

Wine Rock Cottage is conveniently located just off of Highway 19 in the pristine valley of Cherokee County in the heart of Andrews North Carolina.
