Lovely, well presented house. Certain areas a little tired but clean and all mod cons. There were tea/coffe supplies including milk in the fridfe when we arrived, as well as wine and chocolate (we were an adult only group). There are two toilets, but both are downstairs. However, this wasn't an issue for our group. Hot tub was great and well maintained. Little tricky to find the house, although I blame satnav, we should have followed the instructions on this page. Overall, very satisfied and would stay again.

Excellent family accommodation. Everything that you need is provided, the beach is minutes walk away, the bar at the caravan park next door is friendly, the town is easily accessible and no more than 10 minutes walk. Taxi service via an online link worked very well, about £10.00 into Great Yarmouth. Branford's restaurant is amazing, Ryan's Fish and Chips also. Lynette was very good with her communications, friendly and helpful. Wouldn't hesitate to book again if in the area.

We had a fabulous New Years stay here. The hot tub was a luxury and well maintained. Such close proximity to the beach was perfect. Close to amenities. We had a trio to the Hippodrome and Horsey, all within easy reach. The house is really comfortable and as described. We cooked a full roast dinner and many meals, the kitchen well equipped. Thank you Lynette.

we thoroughly enjoyed spending Xmas in this cosy cottage, we had all we needed for a relaxing break with the added bonus of a hottub! it is so close to the beach and we had several lovely walks along the beach the host Lyneyte was very friendly kind and helpful, she kept the hottub topped up with chemicals etc and bought us extra equipment we needed. very happy with our stay and would definitely come back
