Lauren and Tim were fantastic hosts. They provided us with everything we needed from all the amenities of the space to great local recommendations. We visit Cottonwood often and we can’t wait to stay in their clean, private, peaceful space again! We truly loved our stay.

i can’t recommend tim and lauren’s place enough. the room is spacious for 2 people, everything was very clean, and there were numerous cooking appliances for us to use. the location was only 30 mins from sedona and only 5 mins from grocery stores, restaurants, and gas stations. the chickens and animals and the property were not aggressive at all. the family was also very kind during our stay and respected our privacy. again, i can’t recommend this airbnb enough!

This was the best Airbnb I’ve stayed at yet! The place came in with just about every amenity you could need; in addition to the standard coffee, tea, towels and soaps, there were Tupperware, sandwich bags, reusable gel ice packs, reusable water bottles, wine glasses etc etc. The place itself was also finely decorated. It’s a short 30 min drive to Sedona - straight down route 89. Would definitely love to stay again!
