This condo was home to me and my family for a week. It was lovely to walk out on the lanai and see the ocean. Nice proximity to a lovely beach walk and good snorkeling. However in the summer the unit is hot! The bedrooms particularly were very hot, but there were a couple nights where the cross breeze was lovely with the windows open! The living area is decent, but not very comfy. All in all, it made for a lovely home base during our trip! But I hoped for better.

I love this place! Patio with a view of the lawn, pool, beach and palm trees-beautiful. Quiet place with a couple of well maintained BBQs and cast iron tables for small groups. A gardener trimmed up a banana tree and set the fruit out for guests -super nice guy. Snorkeling is nice here, fish and occasional turtles swimming by. Closest mini mart is less than .5 miles away.

Prime location! Beautiful beach and water. The grounds are well maintained with an awesome pool, bbq grills, and lounge chairs. The beds are comfortable. This is a ground floor unit, so it can be loud above you. The walls are also very thin, so we could here everything. The 4pm check-in was not ideal when arriving to the island in the AM and not having a place to store our luggage for a Costco run. The bedrooms DO NOT have AC in them. The condo has one AC Unit in the living room, so the front bedroom was very hot and uncomfortable. Fans are provided. Very few essential items are provided like Toilet Paper, paper towels, laundry soap, etc. Our family cooks, so the kitchen was a struggle for us. Horrible knives, pot/pans, and basic cookware. Overall we still rated this condo as a 4 Star because of the location and beach.

The condo was very good for our family of 4. I loved that it is on the ground and my kids can play on the grass without I need go dawn the stairs for they play. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need for cooking at home. The beds were comfortable. The beach in front: on afternoon the tide starts to rise, then you need enjoy there early if you pretend stay there on the beach. But the beach at the Haycraft Park 5 minutes walking from the condo is a plus! The location of the condo is a plus, you can go easily to almost all parts of the island.
