I’ll start by saying if you get this on a budget and are okay with noise, the place is decent! But when we booked, this was the same price as nicer places nearby, and really is not as nice as the photos. Some folks say it’s loud on weekends, but we were there during the week. You can hear EVERYTHING on the street. It’s right on the Main Street. Lots of trucks, and a ton of honking cars(all night long). It’s the loudest place I’ve stayed. The place itself is okay, but much more run down than the pictures. Not well maintained, a lot of popping floorboards, but overall workable, with a comfy mattress. Shower was nice, but s end to share a water heater with other units, so would run out of hot water seemingly randomly. So we never both got a hot shower. Also every plumbing fixture in the unit is loose, and semi-broken. Very slapped together by lowest bidder vibes. If this place is cheaper than others and you want to stay in Georgetown, it’s workable. But it definitely isn’t pretty

Great location, minutes away from so many great cafes and restaurants, and easy to catch a bus to get into the heart of DC within 30 minutes.

Great location and close proximity to restaurants and public transportation. The bedroom windows face the a main street and were not well insulated for noise which was disturbing to sleep a number of times. The coach /sofa bed in the kitchen/dining room areas is rather uncomfortable. Limited storage space in the bedroom.
