和未婚夫很愉快地度过了三天两晚。房子总的来说是合格的，虽然是个アパート，但是隔音很好，地理位置很不错，也很安静。虽然来回车站的路上有个挺陡的坡，外出买东西回来提着东西走过那个坡会比较累，但这都是客观因素无法避免。房子内部的清洁一般，虽然算是合格，但并没有做到最好，地板上有些灰尘，厕所有些角落清洁不到位，但不影响使用。 不满的是洗脸池和厨房水池既然出不来热水，本想联系房东，但觉得麻烦所以算了。 还有一点希望改善，就是房间内没有任何可爱的装饰，非常质朴。虽然我知道安于质朴的入住者会有很多，但是稍微装饰一下，心情也会变得更好，入住得更安逸，不是吗？

Eris place is just like what is showen on the photos , it was perfect size for us & location wise so close to the subway line & all restaurants and stores. There’s so much to explore in this area we are so glad and was very fortunate to have come across this place. The hill was a little tricky with our luggage but each day it got easier and was really nice to walk up and down, the view from the accommodation it’s really nice in the mornings and during the sunsets. Eri responded really fast to all our enquires and questions. She gives you detailed instructions on how to get to her place from the airport and train station ( saving grace omg this helped so much with the pictures attached) Overall we will most definitely be coming back. This was a good size for 3 and central location to a lot of things also 7/11 is just around the corner. Thanks Eri for hosting us we had an amazing time.

Host was very responsive + Co-Host, just cleaning need to improve. Maybe change the cleaning company? As the washing machine was not cleaned either, in the dust bag it was black. has to buy a sanitizer to clean it out. There was a water puddle full of algae on the balcony just below the washing machine. on the toilet door there was like this white dots, which I think is tooth paste marks?

Appartement très bien situé. Il y a des supermarchés, des restaurants et tout ce qu'il faut à côté. 167 yen pour aller à Ikebukuro en 20 minutes. L'appartement est bien équipé avec tout ce qu'il faut pour la vie quotidienne. Il y a de quoi faire à manger, se laver, et surtout la climatisation indispensable en été. L'hôte est très réactive en cas de besoin. Internet fonctionnait correctement mais la télévision semblait mal réglée. Pour résumer, très bon rapport qualité-prix.

We stayed for almost 3 months. Really nice location close to akabane station with many restaurants and grocery stores around. There are some things that could be improved: dusty at check-in, no place to put luggage or hang laundry inside. We had problems with both fridge and washing machine, but the host was helpful right away.
