Apartment is "Move-In Fresh"...meaning, you will have all the conveniences of home without the worries of existing & past guest. The apartment has no permanent resident...after each guest the apartment is thoroughly inspected and cleaned. Should there be any concerns, please contact me I will address them immediately.
