The only thing wrong with our stay was it was not long enough . Bumping into deer on the walk home from the pub takes some beating. Amazing walks and a beautiful dusting of snow made it even more magical. An amazing location. Thank you so much x

I stayed at the Stables for a few days over Christmas. The weather at that time was wet and windy, but the apartment was cosy and comfortable, with everything I needed for my stay. Norma had given clear instructions on how to get there with a warning to drive slowly coming up the track due to potholes. On arrival, Kenneth was on hand to show me around the apartment and point out how the heating worked etc. The accommodation is in a beautiful part of the country (with lovely views from the kitchen and living room windows). Myself and my husband have, in the past, stopped to admire the Falls of Dochart while passing through, but have never stayed before. The village (and the falls) are within easy walking distance, and there are several easy low level walks (perfect for the weather while I was there). Norma and Kenneth made it clear that they were on hand should I have any queries during my stay, which was reassuring. I would have no hesitation in recommending this accommodation.

We had a lovely few days. Norma and her husband were incredibly friendly, helpful and made us feel welcome. The location of the house is perfect to explore Scotland .

Very grateful for availability at short notice (a few hours!) after weather conditions forced a change of plan. Quiet and peaceful with great views from the kitchen. Plenty of outdoors to explore if you're an outdoors person.
