The home exuded beauty, and the patio provided a serene setting for evening relaxation. Sergio, our responsive and considerate host, even drove us to the local grocery store at check-in. However, a few improvements could elevate the experience to a five-star rating. Firstly, a neighboring shipping company brought daytime noise due to frequent truck traffic. Thankfully, nights offered respite, making the patio an enjoyable retreat after exploring the area. Secondly, the listing's promise of "basic essentials" fell short, as we received only one roll of toilet paper for four guests over five days, along with a single bottle of baby shampoo. We also lacked extra garbage bags. Lastly, with some decor enhancements, this already fantastic property could become a top-tier rental. Despite these issues, our overall stay was enjoyable, especially considering the affordable price.

Sergio is a very charismatic person who enhances his clients stay with good recommendations and is helpful in many ways The house has a great atmosphere and is centrally located to explore Tuscany by car. The restaurants that Sergio recommends are fantastic We highly recommend staying here

Unser Aufenthalt in Sergios Anwesen auf dem Hügel war wunderschön! Das Haus ist einmalig, es besteht aus einem restaurierten Teil einer alten Kirche und bietet viel Platz für einen schönen Urlaub. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Küche ist sehr geräumig und mit so ziemlich allem Notwendigen ausgestattet, die Betten sind bequem, es gibt genug Schränke und Kommoden um Kleidung etc. zu verstauen und die Fenster aller Zimmer sind zudem mit Insektenschutznetzen ausgestattet, was auch wirklich notwendig ist! Auch das WLan hat ohne Probleme funktioniert und man hat überall im Haus guten Empfang. Kleiner Tipp: Nicht Waschmaschine und Backofen gleichzeitig benutzen, sonst könnte es eventuell einen Stromausfall geben ;) Ein besonderes Highlight in den warmen Monaten ist natürlich die riesige Terrasse sowie das Anwesen ums Haus herum. Es ist komplett umzäunt, weswegen man hervorragend seinen Hund frei springen lassen kann. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und man kann herrlich entspannen.
