This beautiful condo is located at Palmar. The unit offers a spacious floor and has 2-bedrooms, 2.5-baths. The Master bedroom offers a king size bed with a private bath highlighting a double vanity. The second bedroom offer the a king bed and a private bath. It´s perfect for couples. The 300 sq ft terrace offers an outstanding view to the ocean, swimming pool & more. The view of the ocean is unobstructed. You will enjoy your morning coffee watching the incoming cruise ships arrive, and then in the evening enjoy a gorgeous sunset as they depart the Island. There is shopping, fine dining and awesome water sports all near by. The building offers an amazing 3 level pool, tennis court, basketball and a fitness area. We manages this property and we make sure you have everything you need. To get your vacation started we leave coffee, sugar, salt, pepper and spices in the unit. We also leave paper products in the condo. There is a notebook in the condo with a list of helpful tips, our favorite restaurants and Island activities. We try to think of everything to make your stay a great one! The condo receive maid service once at week. Additional housekeeping service is available by request.

This condo was everything described and more. It was perfect for two couples. The large balcony provides stunning views from inside and out. The condo is equipped with anything you would need for your stay, including beach towels, snorkel gear, and pool toys. Overall, a fantastic experience. I would stay in this unit, or another operated by its hosts, on return trips to Cozumel. There is plenty within walking distance, but we ended up taking taxis for dinner as the places we wanted to eat were not walkable. Depending on where you want to go, factor in taxi fare which ranged for us between $10 and $25 (north end past the airport) one-way.
Stayed at this Amazing Condo for 4 days. It was just like what is described in pictures and instructions. Victoria and her staff were absolutely Spot on. Location was perfect. View from the Condo and beautiful and place was super clean. I would definitely stay here again!

Palmar is a gated luxury condominium property conveniently located a mile south of Cozumel’s town center in San Miguel.
This eight-story building features breathtaking ocean views and many amenities, including a huge three-tier swimming pool with a heated whirlpool, a lighted tennis court, outdoor showers and a fully-equipped gym. It is within walking distance to water sports, a sandy beach, dining, shopping and rental car operators.
Beach clubs located directly across the street offer lounge chairs, food, drinks, water sport rentals and some of the best shore snorkeling on the Island. There are also several docks where you can board scuba and snorkeling boats.
Palmar has a hotel-style lobby with 24-hour uniformed attendants, a porte-cochère motor court and ample on-site parking. Two elevators service the building.
