The place is very clean and spacious. Lais was very responsive to our needs replacing water and providing trash bags. Would stay here again next time in Cozumel.

Beautiful property. It looked exactly like the photos and everything was extremely clean. Host were responsive whenever we had questions. Bed was very comfortable. Best part was the view, we could see cruises coming in and out the port and the peaceful sound of the sea. We will definitely be back!!

Having been to many diving friendly hotels, this condo included nearly every single feature we've missed at every other site: clean drinking water, wonderful reliable hot water, a super soft bed, and a well-stocked kitchen and living area with washer/dryer. Views from the rear balcony were beautiful (shades helped with the hot sun). Patio furniture was comfortable, and pool access into the late evenings was very nice. Overall - very clean, well-equipped, and thoroughly enjoyable. Easy walking distance to great food, live music, and beach access.
