Very cozy condo in a terrific location. The beds were very comfortable - a first in my AirBnB experience. Water pressure and temperature could use some improvement. Overall, great value for the money.

We loved staying here. The unit was roomy and well laid out. We enjoyed being able to walk around. Erica is very easy to communicate with.

Adorable three story cabin located close to the village, has all the amenities including broom and snow shovels which we needed since it snowed on us. wood pellets fireplace was easy to use and kept ua warm. We definitely would recommend this place abs come back again.

Planned a spring break vacation to Mammoth and came across Erica’s place. Location and walking distance to the village gondola and canyon lodge where the big selling points on booking this location. Very clean, great neighborhood. Easy check in instructions. I will definitely book with Erica again.
