Carla’s place is a terrific find in a beautiful, quiet location. The expansive deck overlooking the water has comfortable chairs around the propane fireplace and blankets to provide coziness. The beds were comfortable, the house is spacious enough to accommodate a few people with room to spare, and is very well appointed, clean and nicely decorated. Carla was very responsive, hospitable and kind. Chemainus itself is a darling town close to many other sites, wineries, shopping and restaurants. We took in the Chemainus dinner theatre for a delicious dinner and delightful production. Highly recommended. Reserve ahead. Thank you, Carla, for accommodating our girls’ getaway. Everything was terrific.

We booked Carla's place because we were looking for a comfortable place close to my parents. We wanted a place where we could relax and possibly have my parents over so that we didn't burden them with caring for us and cleaning up after us while we were there. Carla's place was perfect. It was roomy, clean, and comfortable. We ended up have my family there for a surprise birthday dinner and it was great. I would highly recommend Carla's place... we will definitely come back in the future.

We had an amazing stay at Carla's. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and tools, having the BBQ was amazing. The place was much bigger and spacious than we expected. Everything was very clean and comfortable.

Great location. Loved the deck. Accommodations were well laid out, and it felt like lots of living space for 6 adults. Perfect for our needs. Would book again for sure.
