Very good, convenient parking, clean and tidy. The facilities are very complete and there is a large yard. Very smooth communication with the landlord. 中国人来这里住也完全没有问题，停车直接拐到路边门口就行。房子整体很大很整洁。各项设施都很完善，房东还做了一整本的入住游览指南，算是相当贴心了。唯一的缺点是位于十字路口的旁边，车的声音还是比较大的。整体而言适合家庭入住，房间床位都非常多，性价比高。

Anthonys place was nice with tons of amenities for kids and a good outdoor patio type space. He was a super responsive host. There was definitely noise from the road, but I slept fine with the provided white noise machines.

Our family stayed at this property in order to attend "Admitted Students Day" at Pitzer College. We loved that the house is walking distance to the 5Cs (approx 15+ min walk to Pitzer specifically). Anthony came by the house as we were checking out, which reflected his pride in ownership and personal touch. The house itself is darling -- quaint, clean, and well stocked. We definitely appreciated the complimentary coffee & fixins, as well as the bathroom amenities (shampoo, etc.) The blackout curtains in every bedroom were a HUGE plus for us -- and tough to find at other AirBNBs. That really helped us all get a good night's sleep. Many reviews commented on the noise factor, but we weren't bothered by the fact that the house is located on a busy intersection. Anthony provides sound machines in every room, as well as earplugs, but none of us found the need to use them. The backyard is spacious, and we were bummed it was cold and rainy, so we never really used it. Overall, excellent!

This home was exactly what we needed for our short overnight stay and we will definitely be back for longer stays while our daughter is attending college nearby. The cleanliness, lack of clutter and comfortable spaces to sit and sleep all worked well for our family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers.
