This place was lovely. It is right on the river, and easy to get in. Lovely outdoor spaces to sit and eat. Great to have laundry and lots of bedding. Creative and well stocked. The owners came by to make a small repair that we requested, and were very nice. A thoroughly enjoyable experience

Kara's place was just as described... clean, comfortable and peaceful. We had a great/relaxing weekend. The house was easily accessible and everything was so clean. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was very well stocked. Kara made sure the heater was on before we arrived due to a cold front that blew in before our arrival. The house was just so cozy. Can't say enough about the views and the river access right in the back yard. Lots of memories made. Thanks Kara for answering all my questions and we are looking forward to staying again when the weather is a bit warmer so we can truly enjoy the river.

Kara was great! Her place was nice, easy to get to, and private. We had all we needed in the kitchen, the bathrooms super clean and organized. Kara would check in on us to make sure we were doing ok. The river is down the path from the cabin. We relaxed in the water and enjoyed the outdoors. Also, Garner State Park and Concan is a short drive away. We enjoyed the outdoor bungalow. It has a great grill and Kara had what we needed for cookouts. There is also a firepit area to just relax by the fire and make smores. If you want to get away to a private space in the hill, this is it! Thank you Kara!!!

We had an amazing stay at La Sandillita! So much so that we actually tried to stay another night, but it was all booked up. The cabin was clean and had all of the essentials. The private access to the river was perfect for our family. Kara was super responsive and helpful through the entire process!! 10/10 recommend!! We will definitely be coming back to stay!
