Stayed for a month with a our family of 5 and enjoyed our stay very much. Location was wonderful with many markets , restaurants and shopping near by. Any issues that we had was resolved in a timely manner. Metro was a short walk from the door . A park for our children was a short walk away all was very wonderful.

We found out the day we were going to Paris that the family we were going to stay with had a medial emergency and could not host us anymore. Guestify was quick to let us book and very quick to respond to all of our last-minute questions about the city, parking, accomodations, etc. The place was roomy for our family of six and had plenty of bathrooms and places to sleep. I though the kitchen was very convenient and we cooked there a lot for our family. The condo is close to the Metro 10 which can get you to the big sites quickly.

Beautiful apartment with washing unit. If you are big on AC I highly recommend this location. it has a separate AC unit for the downstairs and for the two separate bedrooms. The main entrance door does require a little jimmying to lock when leaving so keep that in mind. It's also a great location due to its proximity to the Metro. There is also a little corner stores and a bakery a few minutes walk from this place. Overall I recommend this place as a great place to stay. 👌

Our draw to this beautiful, spacious, apartment was it was summer and we wanted air conditioning. It is not common in Paris so we chose to stay in Boulogne Billancourt. It was not a big problem as the metro line 10 is a quick walk from the apartment and in 20 to 30 minutes on the metro you can be in the heart of Paris. The A/C worked great and it was on all three levels with separate controls in each room. We were happy to have the A/C during the two very hot days out of 10 days we were there. The apartment is very nice. We liked the living faux wall on the outside courtyard. It added beauty when sitting in the downstairs living area. We did have some issues -one being we were given the wrong code for the lock box so we had to call to get into the apartment with the correct code. He also gave us the hint when we use the lock to push the door when leaving and pull when entering. Several of the dusty blinds are bent and some don’t work. Most windows and skylights in the apartment are covered by shades. But along the back wall windows where the strong summer sun comes in there are no indoor or outdoor blinds. We realize most places have their little quirks. Over the days the door key became not only quirky but difficult to use to get into the apartment. and were were told the same thing. At times this worked but sometimes it was still difficult to get the door open. Possibly someone stop by and sprayed something in the lock. It seemed to go from really difficult back to just quirky. The Wi-Fi did not work upstairs. After we called we were then given another Wi-Fi to use upstairs. Also the electrical strip was tripped several times and caused the Wi-Fi to go down. It took sometime to figure out that there was a surge protector under the TV cabinet. We were given three bath towels for 4 people. When I informed them they did respond and brought us 1 more towel. It was a new one unlike the other 3 worn ones in the apartment We enjoyed a tapas French/ Mediterranean restaurant on the street called Barbarcoa. It is very good along with great service. The apartment itself could be exceptional if hopefully the owner will make some corrections.
