The unit was centrally located, just north of downtown Phoenix. Everything you could need is within a 15 minute walk. Would recommend this place to a friend.

I won't ever stay with Sonder again after this experience. First, the FOB wasn't working to check-in and I had to wait to get issued another one after they got back to me finally. And then the ad said there would be a heated pool and a hottub. That is why I booked this place specifically. And I was told after asking about it and searching several times, that I wasn't allowed access to the hottub as it was for the other building only... false advertising. Then I was told I could use the heated pool, but it wasn't actually heated and it was FREEZING. Staff said they would fix it or get me access to the hottub to no avail. While there, I saw several other people staying with Sonder in the building who had similar issues checking in our checking out and were experiencing false advertising for the same reasons as well as being told there would be a private patio etc, and not having that. Overall, I paid way too much money because I wanted to have the amenities and I didn't get them.

Gonna give it a 5star! I’ll definitely be booking with them in the future. Place felt right at home. I’m a big germaphobe, place was spotless clean, hotel rooms will never be the same. Was def worth the price! Thank you!

The overall stay was lovely, and clean. It was a bit of a walk without paying for parking but, I'm used to that. They originally gave me the wrong password to get into the apartment, but after about 20 minutes on the phone I got the correct one. Parking on the street was easy, and the place was on the second floor and there was elevator access. Their instructions on where to find the key fobs were a little vague, but eventually we found them. The other strange thing is that there was 2 key fobs but we only used one of them, I'm still not sure how to use the second one or what it was for, but we kept track of it. Overall I do recommend as long as you don't mind a little walk to and from the place.
