We have visited Anglesey many times now but this corner we had not explored before. What absolute heaven to be at the end of such a peaceful lane with the most amazing dog walks straight off the doorstep. My love of birdwatching was very much rewarded! The property was immaculate and had everything we could wish for, above all peace and quiet. The surrounding landscape is jaw dropping; so much so that we only looked in the front room on our arrival. The views from the rear were so great we spent every evening in the kitchen/diner! The local pub seemed ok, the local shop was more than adequate and the local chippy was superb. Anything else was probably a 15 minute drive away in Menai Bridge but that suited our needs just fine. Overall, we wouldn’t hesitate to return and could not have hoped for a more enjoyable 4 night stay. Many thanks to our hosts!

A very peaceful spot on the edge of Newborough, right next to woodlands, fields and dunes. Beautiful beach is a half hour walk or 5 minute drive away. A modern, spacious home with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Rebecca was organised, responsive and easy to communicate with. The house was carefully put together with everything we needed. We were glad she was happy to accommodate our dog who joined us on the holiday and the big living room/ kitchen area gave the kids plenty of space to run around and play. Great location with lots of beautiful scenery and interesting day trips a short drive away.

We had a lovely holiday at Y Twyni. The cottage was spacious and very comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. The kitchen diner was a great place to relax on a sunny morning and enjoy the view. We loved the location - very peaceful and close to the great beach at Newborough and the beautiful Llanddwyn island. The walk down to the beach took about 40 mins and was very muddy after a wet winter. The dark skies are great for star gazing. Recommend the Codmother for fish and chips!
