Comes with private en-suite full bathroom. Modern suburban living in a gorgeous green neighborhood . The house is just minutes away from 2 of the biggest parks/forests in Orleans. Also a short 12 minute walk from the 94 bus stop which cuts through downtown and the west. 15 minute walk from Landmark Movie theaters + Five guys and tons of other restaurants. 10 minute walk from Forest Valley Park which includes a tennis court and basketball court. You get your own master bedroom with locks and keys for your room. It comes with a private bathroom and tub all for you. It also has a large walk in closet for any luggage of things you need to store. You can share the living room and kitchen with us. Me and my mom will be staying in the basement.

Was everything we expected. However a small TV in the master bedroom would have been better.

Forest Valley Park, Heritage Park and Roy Park, all gorgeous, green spaces with lots of foresty areas, trees,basketball courts and tennis courts.
There’s parking if you have a car in my drive way. You can also use Uber,Lyft or taxi.
An easy way to get downtown cheap would be to take the 94 which is on innes (12 minute walk) it’s a major bus route so it hits all the biggest stations St. Laurent,Rideau,Tunney’s Pasture etc so you can take it across town to downtown and the west end.
