Great stay overall! The deck is a perfect spot for birdwatching and the neighborhood is peaceful. Our dog found chips & previous dog food under the island so we had to do some cleaning but other than that, the place was good. All was as described and the place met our needs.

This is by far the worst experience I have ever experienced with a AirB&B. I will never rent another AirB&B with Vacasa attached to it. The place is very cute and nicely located however the cleanliness was not there. If I could give this no stars, that’s what it would get. I do not recommend renting from this company at all. There was complete filth in so many areas. My guests and myself spent two days cleaning up messes everywhere. Not to mention the first evening when we went to bed both beds were made with very wet sheets, a dryer full of wet towels, a vacuum cleaner full of dirt, a couch that needed vacuumed before you could sit on it. Multiple levels of uncleanliness. I reached out to Vacasa and spoke to three different people on three different numbers over the course of two days. Played photographer with 50+ pictures to prove what a mess it was. Not the way I wanted to spend a trip by no means. This was planned a month in advance for a memorial service and a birthday celebration

Loved the layout. Beds were not comfortable. Counters are all unfinished wood even in the bathroom so I had to keep wiping every drop away . The shower set up is really janky but the tub is wonderful for a bath. We were able to watch movies and the laundry machines were really clean. I do feel like the nightly rate should have been closer to 125 or 150 almost 500 dollars for 2 nights wasn’t worth it. Also there is a rooster in the neighborhood that crows all morning so sleeping in was not an option.
