PROS: Beautiful location surrounded by a vineyard. Houses had lots of space, lots of beds, and a ping-pong table & hot tub. CONS: - Building manager loiters around in the area between the houses and drops in and out and is generally present so the space doesn't feel private - Not allowed to use the hot tub in the morning - Not allowed to play any music outdoors - Inflexible check-in & check-out times - Very slow internet - Airbnb listing when we booked showed significantly more beds than what was there when we arrived - Door code given to us during check-in was incorrect for one of the units. Spent a while on phone with Vacasa until it was sorted - We asked if we could check-in before 16:00 and were told that we would be notified as soon as the house was done cleaning. We showed up at 15:00 as we hadn't received a text and the house was completely ready but nobody had told us, then the building manager told us we wouldn't be allowed to check-in before 16:00 anyway

Overall good - we had a group of 27 folks staying at both the main house and guest house. It felt a bit like we stretched the place to about its limits (ie dishes were kind of hard, had to combine all dishes to one house for meals and still were kind of short, etc). We had some toilet issues while we were there which did get resolved but took a second, which again, is harder to navigate with a bigger group of folks.. There were just some things like, not a lot of extra toilet paper at the place for a group that big, etc. Rick was super helpful overall, which I was grateful for, but just wish I would have realized some of that going in. I think if you do have a bigger group, be prepared to get a little bit creative with cooking, bedding, etc. Again, it worked, it was comfy, our group really enjoyed it...but as the person managing logistics it was a little stressful. Location is amazing though, and the place was really nice overall!

Having our department's Faculty Retreat here was a fantastic opportunity. The accommodations were just right for the nine of us. The grounds keeper was incredibly attentive and hospitable. We were a little further away from the city of Moab, but the view and aesthetic of the place was wonderful. A picturesque location that offered a litany of luxuries. I highly recommend!

We regretfully had no hot water the first nite in front house .very inconvenient it was 10pm and texted Vacassa . Wish we had had Ricks direct cell. Pilot was out ! Wish we could get reimbursed for the inconvenience. Rick was very helpful and not grouchy as other comments suggested. We got hot water when we came home second day …thanks Rick . Homes were clean but Rick was aware ice maker isn’t working just wish you had let us know and we would have picked up ice on way in . All in all it’s very scenic and suited our large families needs .
