I never thought sunsets could be so enchanting, but everyone managed to get to deck to watch them. The house is extremely well appropriated. “Basement” perfect for my husband & I with our 2 dogs (pup still enjoys those 2am outings). The 3rd floor worked for my daughter, son-in-law & baby (who showed up last minute). Main floor, perfect for 93yo mother, as she could just walk out of bedroom into family room/kitchen & spend mornings & evenings out on deck. We all loved the place & hope to be invited to return so that we can take better advantage of the beach toys, bikes, porch & fans & games & grill.

Fantastic stay at the house on the bay. Location and sunsets were phenomenal! Everyone enjoyed staying at the house and walks on the beach, including my Newfs!! Great hosts, very accommodating, will definitely return !!!

We loved our stay at Kristy's place! The property was absolutely beautiful! You cannot beat the view here. The rooms were set up nicely and we felt comfortable and right at home. Kristy was quick to respond to any questions and was an all-around gracious host. Just one little flag--when we first checked in, there were about 10 flies in the kitchen/dining room area. But there were plenty of fly swatters, so not a big deal. Overall this was a wonderful stay!!!

It was perfect for our group and more than expectations. The sunsets were lovely and I was surprised by the kayaks that were available. A couple things needed to be attended to and Kristy was on it immediately. We loved it and would go back.
