Jose’s place is quiet and peaceful. Joe is very friendly and even invited us to see a Regatta the day we check in. The place is a cabin/cottage with basic amenities. You need to buy what you need in town to take with you because the nearest mini mart is almost downtown (4.5 km) unless you have a car. There are sandy beach on the north of the island like Playa Azul and others that can be access through a restaurant as long as you buy a drink or food. It’s useful to rent a car, buggy or jeep to drive around the island than taking a taxi. HTL rental on 5 Avenida Nte and 2 Calle Nte. Is good and reasonable.

Was great to stay in this place The cabin has confortable beds, air conditioner, hot water. Owners were such a beatiful souls they help us a lot Near to the beach around 2 blocks Jungle right in your door if you are a nature lover this is the place walk true the jungle was amazing

The pictures did not begin to show the absolute beauty of this property! Jose and Adrianna became like family! it was so hard to leave! Adriana was so kind and sat and gave us the history of this family estate. Shared with us a piece of their own history. Jose never failed to provide us with recommendations and was always available! the absolute peace of this compound was inspiring. Several dogs and not one barking disturbance!! and tho there were other guests on the ranch we felt like we were in our own private jungle hideaway. we will be back. regularly.

A rustic cabin with everything needed for comfortable living for two. Very informal. Jose and his wife where friendly and helpful. We used their laundry. While he was out shopping, Jose bought us a deck of US playing cards- a thoughtful extra. Easy walk to the ocean and local beach club.
