Heather's place is beautiful. The house is so neat, & creative. Heather met us for check in, was extremely friendly and gave tons of recommendations on places to check out, have a drink, have food, and explore. She made us feel right at home. Also, breakfast was amazing, better than eating at a restaurant. Our room was had wonderful light, and bed was so comfortable. My only complaint is that we didn't have time to stay longer! We will be looking for excuses to visit Cleveland again so we can book Heather's place again. Hands down best airbnb I've ever booked. Super host! 5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great stay and great host. Room was just as expected, and bed was super comfy! Heather was very responsive to all questions and even gave us a great suggestion for a late-night dinner in the area. She made breakfast in the morning which was very tasty, and we got to chit chat with the other occupants. It was a lovely time. The only downfall was where the house was located. It’s close-ish to downtown and the neighborhood was old, some of the other houses were decrepit and there was a big empty warehouse next door that was quite an eye sore. I would not walk around the neighborhood at night. There’s a ‘shot-spotter’ camera at the end of her street, and having lived in an urban environment before, I know that’s because there’s frequent gunfire. If you’re planning to stay overnight without exploring around the house’s area, you’ll be great. If you’re looking to explore Cleveland neighborhoods that have a little safer walkability, I would look elsewhere.
great value and an absolute treat staying at heather’s place — she was the most accommodating host i’ve stayed with. home cooked breakfast and house slippers for all, and she let us use the best room in the house because we were the only guests for the night. thank you so much heather!
