Nancy was a pleasant host; accommodating, helpful, and responsive to questions and concerns. She worked with our fluctuating schedule. When we met at some point of our stay, Nancy was very sweet and made us feel like friends/family by her authentic character. Family members that we happen to meet around the house were friendly, advising, and helpful. The pets were sweet and loving, we enjoyed their company. The location was easy to find. I really appreciate how thorough the details and instructions were listed. The room and bathroom were clean and shown as pictured. We enjoyed the pool for the last days of summer. Neat floating devices and pool ball was entertaining. The pool deck layout was neat. To our surprise Nancy's brother Ned brought out the Alexa speaker while we swam, that was a neat feature we appreciated by the pool. Ned was very helpful and informing by sharing tips and demenstrating how we can use the pool net to grab the ball. We would recommend this stay.

If I could give Nancy & Dave more than 5 stars I would! Staying with them felt like staying w/ family. Everything we needed they had it. The backyard was like an oasis, the pool is exactly what you need after a long day just to relax. The dogs were an added bonus, loved them to pieces. Nancy goes above & beyond & was very flexible w/ our checkout b/c of our crazy baseball schedule. I will DEFINITELY be staying there again & again & again. Thank you again Nancy & Dave!!
