The place is located in a very convenient location close to at least 3 different bus stops with buses that will take you pretty much anywhere around Singapore. The mart in the 1st floor is quite convenient, and there is also a nice food court relatively close by. Some of the concerns I had were the air conditioner and the bathroom. While this didn't happen often, the AC would sometimes emit an unpleasant smell if left for long enough. Also, the bathroom was not too clean; the floor towel was not changed a single time and there were bugs present as well. Besides these two issues, everything was fine; I had a comfortable stay in Singapore.

It was amazing. This was my first time went to Singapore alone and Sam and Sheen are really nice. The place is quite near to mrt and bus transport is easy to get. Totally recommended!

It was a good experience. No one disturbed me, except last day hey ask to leave at 2PM. Though I was going to leave at 3PM anyways but during booking it was mentioned a full day checkout. Never the less they agreed to let me leave by 3PM. Or else it was good experience, was easy to reach the place and room was clean. Washroom was clean and kitchen area was also clean.

This room was for my female colleague. The host was such a wonderful person. My colleague arrived at midnight around 1 am, but still the host was nice enough to wait and guide my colleague to her room. Clean and neat place. As is it was odd hour flights, we did not know how to do a late or early check in. The host guided us very well and helped us save money.
