I had a great welcoming from the host when I checked in. The host waited for me outside and called me to ensure I was on my way. However, upon entering, I noticed discrepancies between the photos and the actual space. There was the wrong sofa, TV, and a missing second TV. There wasn't a sofa bed as advertised, but there was a bed in one of the rooms. Unfortunately, the privacy for my family wasn't as expected. Upon inspecting the cooking supplies, I found that all the pans had bad stains and were full of mold. I reached out to the host, who promptly brought me brand new ones. He is very responsive and excellent in communication. Everything went well for the first 15 days, but then the host reached out to me demanding that I leave. After some investigation, she thought the payment hadn't been made. However, she could have resolved this by contacting Airbnb initially. This interaction made me uncomfortable, as she treated me as if the payment had not been made and threatened that I shou

dirty and not cleaned all are dusty and there is a (Bird pigeons) inside the house. I have many photos to approve my situation. The owner asked me to solve his problems with the app Airbnb. For cancellation and not responding at all. Ignoring my calls. There is no (Aynur) there is a man just answered me after many calls. Just 1 time and didn’t even want to talk regarding his dirty house. And asked me to go if I didn’t like the dirty house. There is Syrian man how is given the key of the house and he is not polite at all. Same behavior like the house owner. (Says it’s not my fault I am just giving you the key at the same time he says I am the responsible of the rental and I have 4 buildings for rental and this is 1 of them)?????? Finally I am NOT recommending this place for anyone. !!!!!!!!!

The location is perfect, the staff is amazing, and the apartment felt like home. Tons of transportation options are nearby and the metro station is a 5 minute walk away. The staff made sure that we were comfortable and answered our every need in a timely manner. The host offered to arrange transportation to and from the airport. Check-in and check-out were simple and the staff helped load and unload our luggage upon arrival and departure. Would highly recommend to a family of five touring the city of Istanbul!
