I stayed at Kim’s with a friend for 6 weeks for a clinical placement and we couldn’t have stayed in a better place. The water tower was so cosy and peaceful perfect for coming home to after a long day at work and for relaxing on the weekend. Kim was very helpful during the whole stay, showing us how to work the fire, cleaning our bedsheets for us, and swiftly getting the shower fixed for me when the attachment came loose and always had quick and helpful replies on text. The beds were so comfy, showers were lovely and the kitchen had everything we needed and more. The surrounding area is perfect for walks and a great pub called Oak on the Green around a 20 minute walk away was where weekends were spent! I cannot recommend this home enough as the water tower really was our home away from home, we will definitely miss it- thank you Kim! X

A lovely and comfortable home for our small family of four. Kim was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and went out of her way to accommodate to our requests. The house is complete with all the necessary cooking and cleaning utensils. Every angle of the house’s exterior is beautiful. There are several grocery stores just a few minutes’ drive away, and there’s a Tesco Express that’s just 10 mins away by bike. We stayed here for so long that it really felt like a home away from home. We would definitely want to stay here if we ever end up in Maidstone again.

Had a 9 night stay at Kim's place. Easy check in instructions and help with directions. Kim responded to queries quickly. Very clean and as described and a nice welcome pack. Good to have private outside space too. Kitchen had all we needed. Bed very comfy and good to have an ensuite in each bedroom. As a previous reviewer mentioned there are skylights in the bedrooms with no shade so it can get very light early, nothing an eye mask would not solve. Although quite secluded if you are a light sleeper (one out of three of us was) there is some road noise and birds early in the morning but for the majority it would be very quiet. Did not seem like there were any shops or places to eat in walking distance but a quick car journey took you to what you need. I would definitely stay again.

What a fantastic place to stay! Kim was brilliant from start to finish, the place was lovely. It was a nice quiet, peaceful location with the village and train station a walkable distance away. Everything you would want in a home away from home!
