If you are looking for a rural farm stay in separate accommodation but in an area where there is lots to do then this is the place to be. Alleston Farm is on the outskirts of Pembroke and a stone's throw from the popular tourist town Tenby. The accommodation is a 14ft X 40ft static caravan with French doors opening onto a very large decking area overlooking masses of arable farmland. On the decking we have supplied comfy tables and seating so you can enjoy the summer evenings. The static is let on a self catering basis with a fully equipt kitchen. You could sleep up to 6 people. One double room, 2 twin rooms. There are 2 bathrooms one with bath the other a shower which is also ensuite. You have gas central heating, double glazed windows and lovely patio doors that open out onto decking and beautiful views. There is a tv, dvd player and a selection of dvds to choose from. You also have an enclosed grass garden to enjoy on sunny evenings.

I stayed here with 4 friends and it was such a great location. The caravan was exactly as described. James and Monique were clear with instructions and directions and also happy to give recommendations of local pubs. The caravan was perfect for the weekend getaway we were looking for. Highly recommend!

We have just returned from our short break at Alleston Farm. We Had everything we needed and the location was perfect for all we wanted to see near by! The hosts were great. Very informative before arrival on how to get there, left us be during our stay. we didn’t require any help from them but I’m sure they would have been quite responsive if we needed. Welcome pack on arrival was useful for pubs and beaches near by. The place itself was very spacious, 5 of us stayed and didn’t get in each others way. The kids enjoyed watching the tractors go by and the visit from the Cat! Clean and packed full of amenities we needed for our stay. Overall we were more than happy, would highly recommend for anyone else and we would definitely think of coming back in the future! We have been back 5 minutes and my girlfriend is already missing the peace and quiet. "This place may not be a 5 or 6 star hotel but... It *_really is_* brilliant!" Alleston Farm is a wonderful historic farm where it is said that Oliver Cromwell and his troops used the farm woodlands to hide troops during a castle invasion. In later years the farm was host to the National Hunt Racecourse with its final year being 1914 and the start of the 1st world war.
You will find pembroke and the surrounding area a wonderful place to holiday in the UK. We are lucky to have some fantastic historical castles only a short drive from us, namely Pembroke castle, home of Henry VII and Carew Castle. We are also very close to a number of award winning beaches, Barafundel, Tenby, Freshwater west beach which was also the film scene of Ridley Scott's Robin Hood and one of the Harry Potter films and our closest beach is Freshwater East which is a lovely sandy beach both child and dog friendly.

出行信息

If you wish a night out in Tenby but don't want to driven you can catch the local train from either lamphey or pembroke and it's just a short easy trip in. You could easily walk to Pembroke from the farm if you felt energetic but if not there is plenty of parking to be found in pembroke either along the high street or in the car parks
