Prakriti's Nest is truly one of the few places that has everything going for it. For people who want to experience nature, and serenity while living in a house that has all the required necessities, this is it. The kitchen is also well stocked, and in case you need something, 1-2 grocery shops are at few min walk. There are good cafes and joints within few min drive towards Kasar Devi Temple. The Homestay is besides a good road so no issues reaching this location. The road near the cottage is not a busy road so you don't need to worry about vehicle noise. Connectivity is very well and that includes a high speed broadband. The views from the cottage roofs (yes, multiple roofs to enjoy nature) are vast and beautiful. This is a great place to finish that book you are reading or writing. The hospitality offered by hosts is great too. If you are lucky, you might get to try authentic Pahadi slow cooked food made on traditional Chulha. I started eating the veggies I might have eaten once or twice in cities in last 10 years such as Lauki😂, and they were truly yummy. There are many great locations to go around such as Kasar Devi Temple, Binsar Wildlife Sanctuary, Jagdeshwar Dham and so on. Fact is just sitting on the roof and strolling in midst of lush green nature makes this place worth staying for people who like peace. A very beautiful place within easy reach. Must visit and highly recommended

I just want to thank Prahlad and his family for making our stay so pleasant. Prahlad was helpful right from the outset, helping me when i had issues booking the place. He checked up with me two days before the trip and provided the right guidance. At the start of the trip, Prahlad said that this would be like a second home and that was exactly true of my stay. It was my first experience of staying in a homestay, and now onwards, I plan to stay in homestays and not hotels. This place is a a approximately 3 kms from Kasar Devi. The location is excellent if you are travelling by your own vehicle. If not, you can easily hire a scooty or bike from nearby. There are also nice cafes around. If you love walking or hiking, don't think twice. The place is clean, airy, and nicely kept. You'll feel right in the lap of nature. Everything you need is right there. It's a great place for a staycation. Internet works well here and if there are any issues, Prahlad is a message away. The best part of our stay was meeting Aunty and Uncle, who made us feel right at home. They are beautiful human beings, very warm and full of kindness. They treated us like an extended family. What more can one ask for! I am absolutely in awe of how hardworking and knowledgeable they are. I fell in love with this place and the people. The locals around the homestay are also quite helpful. Hope to visit again some day. Thank you for hosting us.

One word for this home, simply stunnig, warm and beautiful. This is home away from home, tall pine trees on left side in vally and mighty Himalayas on right side. Each day we woke up to beautiful Sun rise, cheerping birds sounds and golden light falling on Himalayas. Transport: This stay is well connected to hotels , Almoda city. All places of tourist intrest are within 50 kms. Internet Connection: seamless connectivity and power back up fullfilled my dream of working from Himalayas. All you need to live are easily available within 1 km like food supplies, grossary , ATM and restaurants. Host: Warm, helpfull and friendly host. We felt like we have mat our extended family. Grandparents warm nature made us feel like home and never want to leave place. They provided us with all the information we needed and showed us around. The flat is just perfect! Kitchen is cool and contains everything one needs. Home is clean and tidy. I would to recommand this place to anyone who loves nature, peace and offbeat experience. I will not trade this experience even for million dollar.

‘Prakriti’s Nest’ words are less to describe the beauty of this place. Me, my husband & our 2 dogs stayed here for a month during our workation. This property has unobstructed view, we saw sky in beautiful colours, clouds passing us by during heavy rains, house is surrounded by rose bushes, sunsets and the highlight was a big RAINBOW :) And if this isn’t enough you can see the great Himalayas from the terrace given the sky is clear- for photos please visit my insta account http://instagram.com/shuttercomms_sj The indoor fireplace was our favourite place in the house. From the time we stepped into the property till the time we left and even post that our host Prahlad and his family always made sure we were comfortable & helpful- to an extend of letting our mom join us half way through the month due to rise in pandemic in Delhi- we will always be grateful! We met as strangers & by the time we left it was like saying good bye to our extended family. This place is highly recommended for people with simple living & high thinking, please be respectful to the owners and people around.
