Lovely place! Lots of amenities. Very sweet host, responsive and gave lots of recommendations we ended up trying. Would recommend- great stay

Unfortunately we had a horrible experience at Cam’s place. Upon arrival the heating wasn’t working, windows were open, and so the whole house was freezing cold. We spent a long time, following the house manual, YouTube videos etc, but we could not get the heating to work. Cam had already told us there may be a delay in her responses, so we messaged her emergency contacts. Her friend called, and went through all the things we had already tried, but it was obviously broken. She said she’d make some calls, and call us back (she didn’t). The second emergency contact (Cam’s dad) replied at 11pm, saying he’d only just seen the message. I’m pregnant and we had our 2 year old son with us. We’d travelled from London, & ended up attempting to sleep in the same bed, with all our clothes on. Cam would only give us £40 refund on a £140 stay, which I think is poor. Lastly a lot of issues from previous reviews (Eg 3 out of 4 bathroom lights don’t work) haven’t been fixed more than 1yr later.

Stayed for 3 nights with my girlfriend and dog. Everything was brilliant, beautiful house in a fantastic location ( you can see mountains from the garden). Cam provided some great recommendations in the surrounding areas which we followed and were very impressed. Great easy checkin using a lock box, house is cozy and comfortable and we would definitively return, and would highly recommend

Beautiful place, the whole house was lovely and the garden and castle views were amazing. Exceptionally clean, felt right at home. Location was perfect.
